Bloom Strength

Bloom Strength is where yoga meets strength—intentionally, safely, and energetically. This course prepares Bloom instructors to confidently design and teach Bloom Strength classes that reflect our philosophy of mindful movement, intelligent strength training, and energetic connection. Through short lessons and practical frameworks, instructors will learn how to structure a Bloom Strength class, program effective strength blocks, cue movements safely, and create the high-energy experience Bloom students expect. Bloom Strength isn’t about making things hard for the sake of hard—it’s about mindful strength, intentional programming, and powerful teaching.
