Bloom Collective Yoga School is a vinyasa-rooted yoga school grounded in the belief that yoga is not simply a physical practice, but a living discipline; one that weaves breath, movement, awareness, and intention into everyday life. Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a natural extension of this philosophy: an immersive journey that invites trainees to explore yoga as both a personal practice and a means of skillful, embodied teaching. Our training is rooted in vinyasa yoga, with a strong emphasis on breath-led movement, intelligent sequencing, and fluid transitions that cultivate presence and continuity. We teach vinyasa as a moving meditation—where pranayama, asana, and mindful awareness are inseparable, and where the rhythm of breath guides the rhythm of practice.

Bloom Strength

Bloom Strength is where yoga meets strength—intentionally, safely, and energetically. This course prepares Bloom instructors to confidently design and teach Bloom Strength classes that reflect our philosophy of mindful movement, intelligent strength training, and energetic connection. Through short lessons and practical frameworks, instructors will learn how to structure a Bloom Strength class, program effective strength blocks, cue movements safely, and create the high-energy experience Bloom students expect. Bloom Strength isn’t about making things hard for the sake of hard—it’s about mindful strength, intentional programming, and powerful teaching.
